Prenatal Yoga
I could write an entire novel on why you should attend prenatal yoga with Elise, but will give you some highlights:
It taught me how to breathe and get into a meditative state which prepared me to cope with labor pains.
Connected me with my pelvic floor and I now feel much more in control of my body.
Yoga gave me the space I needed to connect with my pregnancy (especially my 2nd).
It helped immensely with pregnancy pain and kept my body in motion.
Yoga is a practice and it gets into your brain, so when you are in labor all the things you learned come to you so naturally. Elise is a beautiful soul and makes you feel at ease and worthy. 11/10 Do it!
